What can be refunded

Listing Fix ($795): a full refund if you cancel before we start work. Once work has started it is not refundable.
Monthly plans: a month already paid is not refunded, but you can cancel any time before the next billing date and you will not be charged again. On Map Pack, the 3-month minimum still applies.
Google Ads spend is paid to Google, not us, and follows Google's own rules.

If something is not right

Email john@kansascityseoservices.com or call (816) 608-8581. If we did not deliver what the written scope says, we will finish it or refund the part not delivered.

How to ask

Email john@kansascityseoservices.com with your name, what you bought and the date. We reply within 5 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original card or account through Stripe. Your bank decides how long it takes to show, usually 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; most problems are faster to fix by email. If a payment is reversed through a dispute, the service or product it paid for ends.
