Assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity search the web and pull from what they find there. That includes your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your own website. Same name, same address, same phone, every time.
I keep name, address and phone consistent across Google, Bing Places and local directories. Bing Places gets created or claimed with the same name, address, phone, hours and site as the Google profile. For directories, that means Apple Business Connect where eligible, the major data publishers, and Kansas City directories that still get used. I clean the ones that already have you wrong. I do not spray 500 junk sites.

- Write your exact name, address, phone and hours once.
- Compare your Google Business Profile against it.
- Do the same for Bing Places, your Apple listing and your website footer.
- Fix any old phone number or old address first.
